More inquiries came in over WhatsApp and social media than he could answer in time, and every unanswered message was a client walking over to another firm. Of all the replies sent to clients, 85% were written by the AI and only the rest needed a human advisor: 79.7% of conversations were handled with no human involvement. Of those 1,184 contacts, the agent qualified 117, received documents from 37 and left 18 cases ready for the firm to take on.
