From a new website to an AI agent that qualifies leads on its own
Probate and real-estate law firm in Querétaro, Mexico. A new website and an AI agent that answers and qualifies WhatsApp leads instantly.

An overflowing WhatsApp inbox
Claudio Cerón is a solo lawyer in Querétaro who specializes in probate and real estate. More inquiries came in over WhatsApp and social media than he could answer in time, and every unanswered message was a client walking over to another firm. On top of that, his website did not convey the trust he inspired in person.
A new website and an AI agent
First we built the firm’s website: a professional Astro site, fast, mobile-first and optimized for local SEO, organized by practice area (probate, property title regularization, purchases and sales, evictions) and connected directly to WhatsApp.
Then we deployed an AI agent that answers every message instantly, prospects, scores each contact from 0 to 10 by level of interest and leaves them sorted in a dashboard. The lawyer only steps in where he adds value.
- Astro website, mobile-first, with local SEO per practice area
- AI agent that answers, prospects and scores from 0 to 10
- Qualified-lead dashboard; payments via Stripe and appointments via Cal.com
From 1,184 leads to 18 cases ready for the firm
Between May 7 and July 24, 2026 the agent handled 1,184 leads (about 100 a week) and exchanged 16,789 messages. Of all the replies sent to clients, 85% were written by the AI and only the rest needed a human advisor: 79.7% of conversations were handled with no human involvement.
Of those 1,184 contacts, the agent qualified 117, received documents from 37 and left 18 cases ready for the firm to take on. This is not an SEO case (the website is recent) but an automation one: turning an overflowing inbox into a steady flow of qualified leads.
New leads per week

While the agent handled WhatsApp, the website was doing its job on Google. Each blog post answers a question a client would put to a probate or real-estate lawyer: how much an adverse-possession lawsuit costs, how to tell whether a property deed is legal, what an ejidatario (a member of a communal land holding) is, or how to write a liability waiver letter.
In September the site earned 343 clicks from Google, versus 36 in August and 22 in July, with 63,997 impressions and the average position improving from 14.3 to 7.6. And not only in the search results: Google’s AI answers (AI Overviews and AI Mode) showed the firm’s pages as a source 8,394 times in the month, and Microsoft Copilot cited them 7,638 times. The guide to the liability waiver letter is the most cited in both.
For a law firm, that is what matters: when someone asks about their legal problem, on Google or to an AI assistant, the answer can cite its website.

How autonomous the agent is
“I had a clear problem with prospecting and replying to all the leads coming in via WhatsApp and Facebook. I hired Rigol&Co to implement an AI agent that would reply, prospect and qualify potential clients. They’ve taken more than 10 hours a week of replying to messages off my plate, no client goes unanswered and I can focus on what truly adds value. The agent is fully customized and replies better than I would. Highly recommended for any firm overwhelmed by message volume.”
